Smaller than expected
January 26, 2023
I've been using this for a few weeks now and it's smaller than I expected. My twins aren't even 2 yet and their arms are touching. Looks lovely, folds easily, great features and runs smoothly, just wish it was wider

Great jogger, bike trailer, ski trailer.
December 4, 2022
We've used all four functionalities and they all behave better than I expected. The bike trailer has zero chatter and is basicallu silent. Transitions all take under a minute once you get them mastered. The rain cover is bombproof. I get questions about this rig everywhere we go. We've been pleasantly impressed by the engineering decisions.

Works, but some frustrations
July 17, 2022
It works for what we need. However, there have been some frustrations. We already owned the cheetah single passenger trailer, which I found more user friendly. This updated model has a rain cover that is very tight and hard to pull over. On top of that it has bungee cords that wrap around hooks, and one of the hooks came off already. The flag pole does not go in deep enough as with the previous model, and has popped out while riding. Finally taking it on and off the bike and converting to a stroller has been more challenging than with our Cheetah. The parts get stiff, and the rubber to hold the pin infront of the ball and socket is placed poorly or too tight, so that it's a pain each time to connect/disconnect. After the great experience we had with our Cheetah, I'm sorry they updated the 2 person Carrier from the Cheetah model to the Chariot Lite. Bummer.

No regrets purchasing this trailer!
June 26, 2022
We live in the mountains so we need something that is stable through different types of terrain: gravel, dirt, snow, ice, sand, pavement, grass, etc. I love the different trailers options so that we can stay active through the 4 seasons. We have the Urban Glide Stroller & Sapling Child Carrier - both made of high quality materials - and our experience with Thule products have been far beyond our expectations. We decided to go with a brand we trust and are familiar with. Even though we only have one child, we purchased the double sized trailer for more space + the option to have a friend's child ride with. This trailer does not disappoint! It has superior suspension that gives my son a comfortable ride without being jarred from side to side, has an amazing turning radius (ability to turn on a 2-lane bike path without having to veer into the bushes), and is very stable through uneven terrain (even with my son's weight just on one side). With no doubt we have the safest and most reliable trailer for our son.

Fantastic multi-sport trailer stroller
March 12, 2022
I've had the 2 child Chariot Lite since 2019. I use it for biking, strolling and primarily running. The trailer is stable, light (for how big it is!) and smooth. At the moment we have a 2 year old who loves having the extra space for toys and books. The 2 isn't that much wider than the single so I recommend getting the bigger size for the versatility. Infant sling worked like a charm. My child spends a lot of time in the Chariot and he rarely asks to get out. I live in MN, and I've made winter running work well with blankets and using the rain cover to block the wind. For anyone wondering YES, you can fly with it easily. I recently flew domestically with Delta and they allowed us to gate check for free just like a smaller stroller. very little trouble. We could even use it to hold carry on luggage while my son walked around the airport. One recommendation I have is to get quick with breaking it down and setting it back up. You'll be doing that under pressure when you are boarding!

Watch the corners and hills

Biking is our family's favorite outdoor activity, so a bike trailer was a must when our little came into the picture. This trailer is great in concept for multiple sports and works great out of the box as a walking stroller. However, our primary active with it is of course biking. Unfortunately, the trailer has rolled multiple time with our kiddo inside as we've been descending and taking a turn. Mind you, we're pulling our kid and taking an easy paced family ride, so the speeds we're going are a slow role. But if the road or sidewalk is just a little offset to one side the trailer will try and roll with any turn. I will say the safety harnesses and cage is incredible, as no harm has come to the kid and they've barely ever budged I'm the harness. Perhaps the double would be more stable wheel base, but I would recommend the single.

Outstanding
July 28, 2021
This multi-sport trailer truly is an engineering marvel. It's impressive to look at, and even more impressive once you start to use it and see how well designed it is. We will use this as a stroller, jogger, and bike trailer mostly, but I can imagine that any cross-country skiing enthusiast must have the Chariot Lite 2 - perfectly made for taking two of your little ones on a ski trip. This trailer truly is the best in its class.

Pros:
-Although it takes some effort, the trailer does fold down quite compactly, making it quite easy to transport in a trunk or back of an SUV.
-Adjustable handlebar-this is a nicety that is often overlooked, and it's very much appreciated by my 6'5" husband. It easily adjusts up to his comfort level, yet also goes low enough for average height people.
-The ride is very comfortable. It doesn't seem like my kids are being jostled around, and it feels smooth as I'm pushing/pulling it.
-The rain cover and sunshade are nice to have to keep the little ones protected.
-There is nice ventilation so I'm not worried that the kids are getting too hot in the summer.
-The bike conversion kit is easy to use and works well with most bikes. It comes with a flag.
-There are a plethora of accessories that you can get for your liking.

Cons:
-The sunshade is a little tricky to use. I found myself fumbling it a few times, it came unclipped, and it seems like it impedes the kids' view if placed in certain locations, but maybe that's unavoidable.
-I wouldn't use this as a primary stroller, but it's perfect for those looking for a multi-use trailer. On rougher roads, it may not handle as well as some jogging strollers, but it does an adequate job.
-That's it. I can't think of much else I would change about this awesome trailer.

Perfect for twin mamas!
July 24, 2021
If you're a twin mom like me, and you find yourself needing to go for a jog, sometimes a stroller can just get in the way. This, however, allows you to have your children with you without the inconvenience of having to push a gigantic stroller with you. I know there are other uses and ways to use this but this is just the way I've been using it.

Amazing!
July 15, 2021
The Thule Chariot Lite 2 seater comes with an instruction book that is images only for assembly. It took me a bit to be able to identify exactly what I needed to do. It would be helpful to have written instructions as well as a diagram. The actual process of assembly was easy and had few steps. The easy on off of tires helps tremendously in hauling it in a vehicle. This is a massive stroller/trailer and it takes up a lot of space even with it flat. The construction is top notch and not your flimsy bike trailer this is the sturdiest trailer/stroller I have ever used.
The stroller has multiple handle positions that allows for an easy adjustment for pushing. The harness buckles are easy to use to secure the child in the seat and plenty of leg room so it has tons of room for your child to grow.
The Chariot is easy to switch from stroller to trailer with a quick transition. The wheels are awesome and a smooth ride was had by everyone.

Hands down the best item for little ones
July 6, 2021
I'm the dad of two boys, and we've gone through a few different kind of strollers. We've also used other kinds of bike pull-behinds. This hybrid stroller is hands-down the best device I've used for carting the kids around. Absolutely LOVE this thing. The wheels are smooth, and it feels like a million bucks. The price is definitely worth it.

Very easy to use
July 2, 2021
So this was actually my very first experience with a bike trailer. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but can say I was very pleased with the experience. First and my biggest worry was that it was very easy to get use to. I was worried that it would really put a drag on the bike but it hardly did at all. My kids absolutely loved it and think that it was very fun to ride in. We did decide that we needed a little extra padding though so after the first use we are sure to take blankets to give that little extra.
